Bifum Rice Noodle Vermicelli Fibers 200 gr
Rice Vermicelli are a thin form of rice noodles. They are sometimes referred to as rice noodles or rice sticks, but they should not be confused with cellophane noodles, a different Asian type of vermicelli made from mung bean starch or rice starch rather than rice grains itself.
Bifum Rice Vermicelli is made of only rice and water. Tapioca or corn starch are not used as ingredients, making the product more natural. Besides healthy, the product is versatile, as numerous recipes can be prepared:
The new noodle from the Natural line is a reinterpretation of the already classic “Only Rice” noodle, which is similar to Bifum Original, but has thicker threads for those who prefer it. This Fibers version is less caloric.
