Bifum Rice Noodle Vermicelli 200 gr

Rice Vermicelli are a thin form of rice noodles. They are sometimes referred to as rice noodles or rice sticks, but they should not be confused with cellophane noodles, a different Asian type of vermicelli made from mung bean starch or rice starch rather than rice grains itself. 

Bifum Rice Vermicelli is made of only rice and water. Tapioca or corn starch are not used as ingredients, making the product more natural. Besides healthy, the product is versatile, as numerous recipes can be prepared:

Bifum Brasil was founded in 1963 by Kun Ho Chiang and his son Chang Yuan Chiang. Initially, it aimed to meet the demand of the Taiwanese community in Greater São Paulo, which consumed the rice noodles popularly known as Bifum. At the beginning of the activities, the founder had the help of his wife, Kuei Ing Chiang Lu, who, with their own hands and in the humble home of the couple, made the exceptionally light and thin dough.
