Allergens: the product contains gluten and is made in a factory that also processes soy, milk and dairy products, lupin and sesame.
Storage: it is advisable to store the flour in a cool and dry environment, at a temperature of 18°/20° C and a maximum humidity of 45%, to ensure a perfect yield during use. Incorrect storage may impair the use during processing.
