Steps counter function:
1. Press "mode" key till the screen shows "step", and keep walking more than 5 steps, the pedometer would start to counter your steps.
2. Long press "reset" key to clear all data.
Distance counter function:
1. Press "mode" key till the screen shows "km" or "mile", press "set" key to set your step spacing, the number is flashing on the screen, press "reset" key to set the number of your step spacing and it would automatically turn to counter mode after 5 sec idle operation.
2. Long press "reset" key to clear all data.
Calorie counter function:
1. Press "mode" key till the screen shows "kcal", press "set" key to set your weight, the number is flashing on the screen, press "reset" key to set the number of your weight and it would automatically turn to counter mode after 5 sec idle operation.
