Technical details: Costiera flour is ideal for 8/12 hours of leavening during the day at room temperature; it can be matured for 24 hours or 48 hours in a refrigerated room at 4°C.
Storage advice: it is advisable to store the flour in a cool and dry environment, at a temperature of 18°/20° C and a maximum humidity of 45%, to ensure a perfect yield during use. Incorrect storage may compromise its use during processing. Available in 10 kg and 25 kg bags.
Allergens: the product contains gluten and is made in a factory that also processes soy, milk and dairy products, lupin and sesame.
