General characteristics : It is a highly alkaline liquid cleaner for the removal of fat, grease, baked on carbon and heat modified soils from oven grills, hoods and deep fat fryers. It can also be used for cleaning of trays and molds used in bakeries. This product is specifically designed to give quick results and is highly corrosive. Features : Kleanz Oven Cleaner when diluted is safe to use on porcelain, enamel, stainless steel, nickel, chrome, and iron surfaces. However, it is not suitable on painted surfaces, aluminum, tin copper or galvanized materials. The concentrate is very corrosive and should be used only after suitable trails for surface deterioration. The blend of silicates, surfactants and hydrotropism help in maintaining uniform and quick cleaning of even badly soiled surfaces.
