"Borealis" means northern and refers to the fact that these prawns come from far northern waters where sea temperature are between one and six degrees Celsius. Cold water prawns are caught in clean, deep waters and have a quality and purity that few other products in the world can boast. Coldwater prawns taste great together with exotic spices in hot and cold dishes.
