Wood: We work with lots of real wood, both new and reclaimed wood. By nature, wood, and especially reclaimed wood, will have imperfections such as nail holes, knots, splits, etc. It is these imperfections that give reclaimed wood it's natural beauty.

Note: Real wood is a product of nature, and as such, no two pieces are alike. Variations in solid wood grain patterns are to be expected and make each furniture uniquely beautiful, just like us humans.

Return, Replacement and Refunds Policy

i) Returns within 7 days of delivery, in case item is defective and irreparable

ii) Return shipping payable by buyer

iii) Original shipping box to be packed and returned separately

b) Replacement Policy

i) Replacement is only accepted when item is damaged and irreparable.

c) Refunds Policy

i) 100% Refunds if damaged and irreparable, after Insurance inspection and report.

ii) If item is repairable then only repair amount will be refunded.
