Use this ingredient to create a light batter for coating fish or meat or use it in some cakes and biscuits recipes. Foster Clark's Cornflour is specially prepared to help you make delicious sweet dishes and various sauces to garnish your savory dishes to obtain the fine light texture which you desire in your cakes and pastries, replace one-eight of flour worth cornflour.
Directions: To prepare 1 cup serving (230mL):Take 3 teaspoons cornflour (15g) and add 2 tablespoons (30ml) of cold water. Mix well to prepare a smooth paste.Then heat (230ml) of milk and add the paste. Add 1 teasoon sugar (5g) or sweeten to taste. Continue heating and stir continuously until it thickens. When cool, chill and serve.
