Product description
Designed for people who have trouble of teeth grinding during sleep time. It aims to help them have a good night and get rid of teeth grinding.
How to Use:
1. Wash hands before operation.
2. Take the teeth guard out and soak it in warm water at 70°C-80°C until it softens.
3. Take the softened teeth guard out of the warm water and bite it in your mouth, press out your own teeth marks on the it, and stay for a few minutes until the teeth marks are fixed.
4. Take out and put it in cold water quickly to set.
5. It is done, the tooth mark is fixed, and then put it into the mouth before everynight sleeping.
If the shape is not ideal, you can repeat the above steps to re-shape.
