What it is: An eyeliner that gives you the intensity of a liquid liner with a simple stroke.

What it does: Its silky formula glides on and stays put all day without ever needing to be sharpened. It features a smudge tip on one end for the perfect smoky finish.

How to use: Swivel up only 1/8 inch (the pencil does not retract to avoid exposing formula to air, which is drying). Line your eyes.

Use the tool on the opposite end to gently smudge color to desired effect. Allow the color to set for 60 seconds to ensure transfer resistance.
