Our honey is sourced from bees that have foraged the Leptospermum trees species of flowering plants.  MGO is the natural phenomenal ingredeient (Methylglyoxal) in Manuka honey that determines its quality. Australian Manuka 'Mark of Authenticity' and 'Mark of Authority' certified (developed by Australia's Manuka scientists and Australian Manuka Honey Association of Australia).
