Use and maintenance:
1, use the operating instructions:
A, the machine need inspection and safety grounding before work, first, open the power indicator light switches, voltmeter works.
B, open the heating indicator light switches, indicating lights, preheat to heating lamp, the temperature to normal working condition.
C, open the mixing motor switch,  put into the cooking oil about 20 g, then corn 150 g. about a minute, hear the crackle, put into sugar 20 g, until corn burst out,then continue  the second pot production
D,Edible peanut oil in accordance with the ratio 25:1 put into cooking oil, can be used after mix well
The machine produce 5 to 15 kg per hour corn raw material is the most popular  ideal small food processing machine.
Troubleshooting:
1.Open the power switch, check whether the device is short circuit,The fuse is broken or not.
2.Open the heating switch, the pot body is not hot, the heating indicator light is not bright, fuse is broken, please check whether the pot heater wiring is failure , whether the temperature controller is failure whether stove wiring is short circuit.
3.Heating lamp is not working for a long time, temperature is too high, Check the thermal thermostat failure, should adjust the Angle of heat sensitive thermostat, control in 180℃ ±10℃, or replace the thermostat
4.After the lighting thermostat switch works, the lamp is not bright, should replace bulb. thermostat without temperature, should check whether the thermostat is short circuit or not.
5.Exterior metal induction surface is too big, please check whether there is a good grounding device.
