Oro Fibra Due flour is ideal for leavening from 9 to 10 hours at room temperature; it can be matured for 24 or 48 hours in a refrigeration room at 6°C. Available in 10 kg bags.
Storage advice: it is advisable to store the flour in a cool and dry environment, at a temperature of 18°/20° C and a maximum humidity of 45%, to ensure a perfect yield during use. Incorrect storage may impair the use during processing.
