Description
1.PTM7950 is a phase change material (PCM) with high thermal conductivity that lasts longer and is more efficient than traditional thermal paste.

3.PTM7950 is a proprietary material that provides excellent reliability (150°C for 1000 hours, T/C-B 1000 cycles) and maintains low thermal resistance (<0.04˚Ccm2/W without pads), making the PTM7950 series desirable for high-performance integrated systems.
4.PTM7950, based on a new PCM polymer system, exhibits excellent interface wettability in typical operating temperature ranges, resulting in extremely low surface contact resistance.
5.It can be used in cars, laptops, video cards, game consoles and anywhere where maximum thermal conductivity is needed.
6.Store at temperatures up to 24 degrees Celsius and relative humidity less than 65%.
7.Application recommendations:
It is recommended to place in the freezer for 10-15 minutes before use (for easier separation of films).
- Peel off one film with the included sticker.
- Apply to the cooling system at the point of contact with the crystal and smooth (it is necessary to do this as quickly as possible so that the PTM7950 does not heat up from the heat of your hands).
- Remove the second film with the included sticker.
- Install the cooling system in place.
