This instrument is a battery powered insulation resistance tester that can be used to measure DC voltage, AC voltage, resistance, on-off, diode and insulation resistance. This instrument has polarity indication, over range indication, data retention, automatic retention and other functions. It is simple to use and is a precision measuring instrument.
