The OPT101 operates from a 2.7 V to 36 V supply and has a quiescent current of only 120μA.

The device is surface mounted using transparent plastic 8-pin PDIP and J-lead SOP. The temperature range is from 0℃ to 70℃.

The photodiode operates in photoconductive mode with excellent linearity and low dark current.

Wide application range,for medical instruments, laboratory instruments, position and proximity sensors, photographic analyzers, barcode scanners, smoke detectors,money changers.

Small size,high degree of response with a built-in 1 m Ω feedback resistor.
