ReadyBright Power Outage System. The ReadyBright system is intended to protect you in the event of a power failure. In some areas, power outages hit suddenly and with little warning; in other areas, power is unreliable and regular power outages are part of everyday life. The ReadyBright power outage system ensures safety, security and convenience by providing light during a power outage. The Flashlight and Remote plugs into any outlet and can detect when the power goes out; then it will alert any ReadyBright lights within 70 feet to turn on. Use the ReadyBright Ceiling Light and Stair Light to keep bedrooms, living rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, hallways and stairways well lit, providing light for up to 40 hours of continuous light for prolonged power outages. Or use the remote to turn lights on or off as needed. Choose from either the ReadyBright Starter Kit for one of each light or the Ceiling Light Kit for three each of Ceiling Light and Stair Light.
