One of the most premium products in our inventory, it is procured after the nectar is extracted from the buds of Acacia trees. The best kind of Black Acacia honey is found in Oman and is characterized by its dark color and after prolonged storage it gets a blackish appearance. It is the only honey that does not crystallize even after 2000 years, giving it a longer shelf life. Storing this raw organic honey for longer periods gives it a strong pungent smell and a well-developed taste. If Acacia honey is kept in a clean and dry place, it can be stored for three years or longer.
These trees grow in saline, rocky and coastal soil. These trees have deep roots, growing up to 40 meters. They adapt well to both high and low temperatures. Depending on the soil where the tree grows the quality of honey being produced varies. Black Acacia honey is very rare and we offer the purest form of it to our customers.
