How to Use
STEP 1: Making transparent base
What you need: 1 liter of water, 160g sugar, 10g pudding powder.
Mix pudding powder and sugar.
Pour it into the water, stir well.
Cook it with medium heat until everything dissolves completely. Take out bubbles while cooking.
Pour the hot pudding into base mound and let it set firmly.
Leave a little bit of hot pudding for Step 4 and keep it in a bain-marie.
If you want Dark transparent base, using the black chocolate powder.
If you want White transparent base, using Coconut juice.
STEP 2: Making colored pudding for flowers/leaves
What you need: 300 ml water, 80g sugar, 5g pudding powder, 200ml milk, food color.
Mix pudding powder and sugar.
Pour it into the water, stir well.
Cook it with medium heat until everything dissolves completely. Take out bubbles while cooking.
Add heated milk continue cooking until the liquid boils.
Pour the hot pudding into different cups and add food colors.
Keep the colored pudding in the bain-marie before putting it in syringes or bottles with special needles.
STEP 3: Making flowers/leaves
What you need: pudding scoop , syringes or Lock Tip bottles with special needles.
Use your dexterity and creativity blooms!!!
STEP 4: Finishing the base
Add the remain hot pudding made in Step 1 into the mould.
Leave everything set firmly.
Turn the mould upside down. Take out the pudding and enjoy!
