There are some questions and solutions you will encounter.
Question 1.The heat of the incubator distributes unequally.
Solution: This product structured with double fans so as to ensure a uniform distribution of temperature.When the above question arise,the reason is maybe one of the fan broken.
Question 2.Humidity remains unchanged.
Solution: The reason for this may be that the customer's local humidity is too low, its suggested to add some warm water.
Question 3.The product is still beeping when the humidity probe is pulled out.
Solution: The humidity probe will still make a sound, which is because the buzzer on the PCB board is still good. It will not make a sound if the buzzer on the PCB board is destroyed.
Please note that if the egg is too large, remove the egg tray and place the egg on the white grid to incubate. It will not affect the product effect.
