Use Note:
1: Please turn the tension scale to 9 before set the tension, while rotating the rubber wheel, slowly adjust the tension ring to 0, or tension will fluctuate easily.
2. Please regularly check whether the enameled wire through the body sweat, cracks, broken, if so please use alcohol cleaning, and then coated with oil.
3. Please check whether the V-groove of the clutch plate is uneven and replace if any.
4. Because the clutch is a combination of precision parts, do not disassemble.
5. Clutch uses magnet to produce media magnetic field, the material brittle, so do not disassemble when using in order to avoid damage to the machine.
6. If the phenomenon of tension pulsation occurs during use, repeat the steps of method 7 above until the tension is satisfied.
7. Loosen the fastening screw, turn the scale to 9, roll the spindle at the same time slowly turn the scale to 0, and then go to the desired scale value, tighten the locking screw.
8. If the scale value of 4 below the use, there may be a force pulsation. Remove the pulsation as described in item method 7.
9. It is recommended that customers adjust the scale value to 4 or more use, if the tension at this time is too large, it is best to use a small size of the clutches.
