• FEATURES - The release agent is based on a high-quality combination of active ingredients with a high sliding effect, consisting of pure natural products.
• DETAILS - The release agent prevents adhesion to plastics, moulds, metals & tools. It can be used in plastics processing, spraying, pressing and vacuum forming.
• PREPARATION - The surface to be treated must be clean, dry and free of grease. For optimum efficiency, cleaning and degreasing with WEICON Surface Cleaner is recommended.
• APPLICATION - Apply the mould release agent evenly with a brush or cloth or spray it on (e.g. with a compressed air spray can). Repeat this process if necessary.
