This portable handheld penetrating PH meter is suitable for food processing use, such as fruit, vegetables, jam, paste, bread, gel, some kinds of meat, and more kinds of semisolid food.

It can also measure the temperature of solution, measuring temperature ranges from 0℃ to 60℃, ℃/ ℉ unit switchable for meeting various needs.

Digital LCD screen with backlight, clear at a glance, easy to read even in dark environments. Powered by 2 AAA batteries (not included), auto shutdown to save energy.

Alarm function: when the PH is below 3.5 or above 12.5, the red backlight lights up. When the ambient temperature is below 0℃, the LCD displays LO, when above 70℃, it displays HI.

High precision detachable probes are easy to use and replace; 0-70℃ automatic temperature compensation ensures accurate results; data hold function for convenient reading.
