Preparation:

To make Vanilla Cupcake: 2 eggs100 ml (half water glass) oil100 ml (half water glass) milk
To make cocoa Cupcake: 2 eggs100 ml (half water glass) oil140 ml (1 tea glass) milk25 g (2-3 table spoon) cocoa
Baking time: 20-25 minutesOven degree: 180 °C (preheated)Baking time may vary depending on the brand and model of your oven.
1 Preliminary preparation
Line the paper cupcake moulds onto the tray. Open and preheat the oven to the specified degree.
2 Dough preparation
According to your preference of vanilla or cocoa cupcake, add the materials stated in “ingredients to be added to the recipe” section to the flour mixture you poured into whipping bowl. Whip it with mixer at low speed at first and then at high speed for 2-3 minutes.
2 Baking of dough
Pour the dough into paper moulds with the help of two spoons. Since we don’t want cupcakes to rise much in order to decorate them, do not overfill them, leave a finger-size gap. Bake them at the specified oven degree and baking time until their tops get roasted. After taking them from the oven, put them into service plate and serve when they are cold.
3 Decoration
You can decorate the cupcakes with Kenton Decor Series and create excellent presentations.
