Bianco Brio Multiuso is an UHT product for Confectionery and cooking use. For cooking: it can be used like cream with rice, pasta, meat, vegetables and other dishes. For Whipping: chill between +5°C  and +10°C , sweeten to taste and whip at medium speed until desired consistency is obtained.
