Instructions for use For 1/4 liter of whole liquid crème fraîche: 1: Whip the cream in a bowl for 1 minute. 2: Add 1 sachet of Chantifix mixed with 25g of caster sugar. 3: Keep whisking until you get a firm, fluffy consistency. Keep cool. For a lighter preparation, use a sachet of Chantifix for 1/2 liter of crème fraîche, add 1 sachet of Vanilla Vahine sugar.
