COOK TIME TO AL DENTE (TENDER, YET FIRM TO THE BITE) IS 9 MINUTES. THIS SHAPE IS NORMALLY PRE-COOKED OR BLANCHED EARLIER IN THE DAY (ABOUT 7-8 MINUTES) THEN BROUGHT TO TEMP PER ORDER IN 15-20 SECONDS OF BOILING WATER.
