Preparation:
MATERIALS INSIDE THE BOX: 150g Pudding mixture 120g Kadaifi
INGREDIENTS TO BE ADDED TO THE RECIPE:
750 ml (3.5 water glasseses) milk2 table spoon butter2 table spoon sugar
1 Roasting the KadaifiAdd and melt the butter on a wide pan. Add kadaifi and sugar. Cook it on medium heat by stirring all the time until it has a brown color. Take it out of the oven and let it cool.
2 Preparation of the puddingAdd 750 ml (3.5 water glasseses) milk into a pot. Add Pudding powder mixture. Stir it until it boils on medium heat. After it starts boiling, cook it for another 4-5 minutes on low heat. Take it out of the oven.
3 Pouring to pyrex and servingPlace half of the shredded wheat into a 21x21cm pyrex. Add all pudding. Spread the remaining shredded wheat onto the pudding and keep it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours and serve by slicing.
RECOMMENDATION: You can add 1 water glass of chopped walnut while cooking the shredded wheat.
