Product description
The main characteristic of this pesto is the faithful reproduction of the ancient Pantelleria recipe with the same natural ingredients and original procedures. Basil and tomatoes are finely blended with almonds, parsley, oregano, mint, salt and chilli pepper. They are then seasoned with extra virgin olive oil, put in jars. The product undergoes a light pasteurization. No preservatives or additives are used in the preparation. Ideal on seafood and spaghetti, but also on grilled meat, fish and bruschettas.
