• It was developed for the goods used in high humidity conditions. Stainless steel 420J2 is strong and durable, hardened up to HRC 53+/-2 on Rockwell scale.
• Full-tang construction helps to achieve additional strength of the knives. Each item has stainless steel bolster for a perfect knife balance.
