Presenting to you from the serene and cool hills of Manipur, the King of all chillies, U-Morok, also known as Bhoot Jolokia. It is one of the hottest chillies in the world. It can be eaten fresh or in dried/pickle form. A little bit of U-Morok in a dish lends a very palatable flavour and uplifts the whole dish. It can be used in small quantities in almost all vegetarian and non-vegetarian dish preparations. Caution: More than 1,000,000 SHU (Scoville Scale) 400 times hotter than Tabasco sauce, please do not use indiscriminately.
