Description:
This discharge tester is used for checking capacity, test time and the present voltage of a battery. It is easy to operate and powered by micro USB DC 5V power source. It can test lithium battery within the range of 0.01V~8.99V. It is designed with a cooling fan for better heat dissipation, which will start working when temperature is higher than 60°C and stops when temperature is under 40℃, a LED indicator to show working status and buzzer alarm buzzes when test ends.

Easy to operate, simply press ON/OFF button to enter the test status and DOWN And UP Key to switch voltage(V) capacity(AH) and test time (Hour). Press ON/OFF for 3 Seconds to empty the test data and back to standby.

Instruction:
Take Testing a18650 lithium battery capacity as a example, the minimum discharge voltage is set as 3.00V, and the discharge current is set as 1A.
1. Connect to a USB 5V power supply(not included), the module enters the standby state.
2. Put 18650 lithium battery in the battery holder, the module then shows the battery voltage.
3. Press SET button, LED indicator light flashes, press DOWN, UP button to set the minimum discharge voltage as 3.00V and discharge current as 1A.
4. Press ON/OFF button to save the settings.
5. The battery voltage now is displayed, press ON/OFF Button to discharge. LED indicator flashes and battery voltage slowly drop to the setting voltage. Test ends and buzzer start to buzz and LED give out a continuous lighting.
6. Displayed voltage will rise. Press Down and UP button to check test results.
7. Press ON/OFF button to clear data and return to standby state.

Note:
1. When the battery is discharged, do not set the battery voltage at 0.00V, or the battery might be damaged.
2. During test, you can long press ON/OFF button to switch to end test.
3. Due to different batches, the color of USB cable might differ. Please take the real one as standard. Thanks for your understanding.
